New article at Mom~Z~Mean Business

Wanted to let you know about an article recently posted over at MMB. While not Yoga specifically, it does talk about using small amouts of exercise through out your day for fitness. The same concepts applys to our yoga practice. Even if you can only steal a few moments of holding a pose, take it! Is this approach as beneficial as being able to devote a good amount of time to a complete routine? No, but there are many exercises that you can practice for a few moments that will really add up over time.

Over at Safe Kidz, we talk about reviewing after school program safety and what to do in an emergency. If your young person is taking yoga (or any classes after school or in the evening) you may want to take a look at it!
